At Bwino Engineering, our surface and structural repairs service restores integrity, safety, and value to residential, commercial, and institutional buildings. We conduct thorough inspections to diagnose the root cause — whether settlement, water damage, or material fatigue — then apply proven repair techniques. Services include crack stitching, wall underpinning, concrete spalling repair, roof leak sealing, floor resurfacing, and reinforcement of beams and columns. We use cementitious grouts, epoxy injections, steel mesh, and waterproof coatings for lasting results. Our team has repaired homes in Entebbe, school buildings in Soroti, and municipal offices in Masaka. We work efficiently with minimal disruption, leaving structures stronger and more resilient than before.

At Bwino Engineering, we specialize in diagnosing and repairing structural damage in buildings across Uganda. Whether it’s cracks, leaks, foundation settling, or weather-related wear, our team uses proven techniques and high-quality materials to restore strength, safety, and appearance to residential, commercial, and institutional structures.
We repair structural and non-structural cracks in walls, beams, and slabs using advanced methods like crack stitching, epoxy injection, and steel mesh reinforcement. Our solutions stop further spreading, restore structural integrity, and are finished to blend with existing surfaces for a seamless look.
When buildings settle or show signs of foundation failure, we perform underpinning using mass concrete, pile beams, or mini-piles to stabilize and re-level the structure. Our engineers assess soil conditions and design custom solutions to prevent future movement, especially in areas with soft or expansive soils.
We repair spalled concrete on beams, columns, and slabs by removing loose material, treating reinforcement for rust, and replacing with cementitious mortar or polymer-modified concrete. We also fix roof leaks by sealing joints, replacing damaged sheets, and improving drainage to protect interiors from water damage.
